Nicolas Burguet, a hereditary winemaker who, having only village wines, produces them with precision, which will surprise the most sophisticated lovers of the Gevrey terroir. The wines are elegant and powerful at the same time.

Nicolas does not use sulfites. Organic in the field and classic in vinification this is his recipe for an excellent wine. 

Apart from Gevrey Chambertin, Nicolas also makes very elegant Aligote Acacia using Acacian barrels.
